Soul

Meditation is an effort to do just that - quiet the mind. It relaxes you to the point where you can hear You! Some people think they can not do meditation because they can not quiet their minds. I had the same problem but because of the pain I was dealing with I knew that I had to try. Once you take the time daily and find the right sounds to be in your background it becomes much easier. I recommend not starting off silently or it will be harder. Use an app, DVD or online program that will talk you through your meditations. This is not something you have to go alone even though you are alone. Let me know if you need more help or suggestions. Meditating today on being open!
