After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Support
Some people feel they have to fix things. But sometimes you just need a hug not a solution. Be aware when helping others of what they truly need. Meditating today on being supportive and giving those hugs.
