After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Simplicity
Often our lives are too full of things that are not important. Release the things that are not needed. Hold on to those things that are important. Meditating today on simplicity and breathing.
