Meditating today on remembering what I have been given. Giving should be done without deep thought. It should be almost a reflex. However, an appreciation of what you have received should also be a reflex and joyous. I have been given so much by so many and even through the most negative of times I try to be thankful as much as I can. Share yourself with others and open your heart to the giving and the gift.
