Thoughtful Meditation

After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Make it Happen

Hope is good but doing is better. Keep wishing and hoping while you are there but don't stop doing. Make plans, follow through and see it come alive.
