After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Light
We have discussed being the light before. While seeking happiness being the light can bring happiness or at least positivity to others. Meditating today on finding the light switch in the darkness.
