Alignment

Each of us has a variant energy that when we meet up either works toward alignment or does not. You know when you "click" with someone. Your energies work well together and mesh. Forcing disparate energies together can cause difficulties and depression. If you feel like a connection is not there, don't force it. Reiki

As a part of furthering my knowledge and improving my meditation, I have been working on a course to learn Reiki. Reiki is a healing process where the practioner assists in helping you improve your energy fields which improves your overall health. You first learn to do Reiki on yourself and at the Master level I am now able to assist anyone even from a distance with Reiki. I now use the hand movements and symbology in Reiki during my meditations to help improve my physical issues. I need to continue to practice so if any of you have issues you would like help with get with me directly. I am just a conduit to assist ultimately your willingness to improve and allow me to help is what provides the change.  I learn more everyday about the power of our thoughts. Keep them positive.

How are you living? I feel that too often I fear how I will be perceived or have a fear of outcomes. I then place pressure on myself to do what is expected by others.
