After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Mind Over Matter
Mind over matter. Often when I am feeling worse than usual I try to remind myself of this. Meditation is all about placing your mind over the concerns within you. So claim that power and aid in any healing that you need.
