After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Calm
Sometimes we can feel like the storms of life will take us down. Finding that inner source of calm can make the path easier. It is like having a strong shelter from the storm. Meditating today on finding and remaining calm.
