A Week Of Thankfulness


I hope that you enjoyed the 21 days with Deepak Chopra meditating on belief and how changing yours can improve your life. 

Now let's spend the week of Thanksgiving meditating on being thankful for what we already have. The quote today is especially powerful for me. I seem to continue to be reminded that it could be worse and forgetting it long enough for it to get worse. There is so much good in my life. Dealing with chronic pain can take your focus away from the good. So today in meditation I continue to remind myself of all the good that is still there. Focus on the best thing in your life.
