Uncluttered

So much of our hearts and minds are cluttered with worry, doubt and pain. Meditation is a way to help clear out the clutter and open ourselves up to clearer thoughts and decisions. What cleaning do you need to do? Meditating today on removing the clutter from my thoughts.
