After a few years of practicing meditation daily and trying different forms, I decided that I would put together my own meditation that others could use to help them in their daily lifes. We will seek many paths and learn many things during our mediations with some focus on the mythos surrounding meditation and its personal benefits. Enjoy!

Life
Life happens no matter your choices. You will either be along for the ride or creating the road. Limit the drama around you by taking charge and focusing on what matters. Meditating today on creating the right road for me.
